Emovis to Expand Its Collaboration with ATMB through the Selection of Its Tolling Commercial Back-Office

Emovis announces the award of the contract to implement Emovis Transact, its Commercial Back-Office (CBO), for the Mont Blanc Motorways and Tunnel (ATMB), further strengthening its role as a strategic partner in critical mobility corridors across Europe. This milestone marks a decisive step in the transformation of the A40, a 60-km pan-European route connecting France, Italy, and Switzerland, which is currently being converted to a free-flow tolling system under a contract awarded to Emovis in 2023.

The project includes a 6-year base contract with an additional 4-year optional extension and is expected to handle a projected daily volume of 175,000 transactions. The Emovis Transact solution will provide ATMB with a robust, scalable, and future-ready platform, fully cloud-based to maximize operational efficiency and support sustainable long-term growth.

Its key functionalities include seamless integration with ATMB’s existing systems, including its banking platform, a cross-border enforcement module designed to protect operator revenues across this strategic international corridor, advanced Business Intelligence tools that automate processes and optimize operations, as well as a fully responsive website, complemented with webchat to deliver a modern and accessible digital experience for users.

“We are proud to strengthen our collaboration with ATMB through Emovis Transact, delivering a comprehensive solution that ensures financial integrity, optimizes operations, and enhances the user experience on this strategic corridor. This project reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation in the field of road mobility in Europe,” said Benoit Rossi, Head of Sales EMEA at Emovis.

Through this contract, Emovis reinforces its leadership in advanced back-office solutions and its presence in projects shaping the future of transportation, working hand in hand with ATMB to ensure the A40 free-flow corridor becomes a benchmark by 2027.
