At Emovis, we have officially inaugurated our new office in Santiago, Chile, establishing the country as our operations hub in South America. This milestone represents a strategic step in our regional expansion and reinforces our commitment to developing innovative and efficient mobility solutions for the diverse markets across the region.
Ceremony and Key Participants
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Christian Barrientos, Global CEO of Emovis; Víctor Montenegro, General Manager of Autopista Central; and Claudia Vásquez, Operations Manager and currently Product Manager for the OBO project at VíasChile.
Also present were several key representatives and teams from across our company, including the Manual Image Review (MIR) unit and the International Delivery team. Each of them has played a fundamental role in our sustained growth and in the maturity of our operations in the country.
Chile as a Regional Hub
During the event, Chile’s role as a regional hub for Emovis was highlighted. From this new headquarters, we will coordinate not only image review operations for local projects and Puerto Rico, but also major global initiatives, such as the Operational BackOffice (OBO) project, which will continue to advance in the years to come.
Christian Barrientos, our Global CEO, shared his vision for this important moment: In 2021, we began operations in Chile, facing significant challenges and limited resources, yet with a team full of energy and commitment. Today, we have reached maturity in the Image Review process and consolidated international projects such as Metropistas in Puerto Rico. We aim to continue growing, adopt new processes, and expand our services in Chile and beyond. Today, we celebrate the inauguration of a new home that will allow us to continue evolving into the future.
Reaffirming Our Global Commitment
Our new headquarters features modern facilities and spaces designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and the well-being of our teams. This renewed environment reinforces our goal of providing an inspiring workplace where both individuals and projects can continue to evolve in response to the industry’s challenges.
With this inauguration, we reaffirm our global vision and our commitment to service excellence. From Chile, we will continue to drive the development of free-flow tolling products and solutions that contribute to more efficient, safe, and seamless mobility in Latin America and beyond.
This new chapter reflects our determination to support transport authorities and operators in their transformation—always delivering frictionless experiences and reliability in every solution we provide.
